Delivery & Lost Package Policy
At Rich & Thirsty, each piece of our handblown crystal glassware is a delicate work of art, carefully packaged and entrusted to our delivery partners for safe transport to your door.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. Rich & Thirsty is not liable for lost or stolen packages after a confirmed delivery scan.
If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:
We understand how frustrating this can be—and we’re here to help. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for orders that show confirmed delivery, we will take the following steps as a courtesy to assist in locating your package:
Reach out directly to the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.
File a missing package report or claim on your behalf.
Communicate with the management at your local post office to escalate the situation and confirm delivery details.
Provide you with any available claim or case numbers, as well as updates as we receive them from the carrier.
Many times, through this process, the package is found and successfully re-delivered.
We also recommend that you:
Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors.
Ask household members if they accepted the delivery.
Consider filing a mail theft report with USPS and/or a police report if you believe the package may have been stolen.
Signature Confirmation
For certain high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery to help prevent theft or misdelivery.
Courtesy Replacements
We handle replacement requests for confirmed deliveries on a case-by-case basis. In select cases, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement or store credit, but this is not guaranteed and is issued solely at our discretion.
