Delivery & Lost Package Policy
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY
At Rich & Thirsty, each piece of our handblown crystal glassware is a delicate work of art, carefully packaged and entrusted to our delivery partners for safe transport to your door.
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the delivery location designated by the customer. Rich & Thirsty is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after a confirmed delivery scan.
If your order is marked "Delivered" but has not arrived:
We understand how frustrating this can be, and we are happy to assist in locating your package. While we cannot guarantee a replacement, refund, or store credit for orders showing confirmed delivery, we may take the following steps as a courtesy:
• Contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation
• File a missing package report or claim when applicable
• Communicate with your local post office or carrier facility to verify delivery information
• Provide available claim numbers, case numbers, or updates received from the carrier
In many cases, packages are located and successfully delivered after an investigation is initiated.
We also recommend that customers:
• Confirm the shipping address listed on the order confirmation
• Check around the delivery location, mailbox, parcel lockers, and surrounding areas
• Check with neighbors, building management, front desk personnel, or household members
• File a mail theft report with USPS and/or a police report if theft is suspected
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
For certain high-value orders, Rich & Thirsty may require signature confirmation upon delivery to help reduce theft, fraud, or misdelivery.
COURTESY REPLACEMENTS
Replacement requests for packages marked as delivered are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In select circumstances, Rich & Thirsty may choose to provide a one-time courtesy replacement, refund, or store credit. Such accommodations are offered solely at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Any courtesy replacement, refund, or store credit issued by Rich & Thirsty is voluntary, does not establish an ongoing obligation, and does not modify this policy for future orders.
