Shipping policy

It is with utmost importance that your order is processed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for 1-3 business days to process your order.

Please know that we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, at this time we are unable to guarantee absolute delivery dates in the face of unforeseen events outside of our control. Tracking and delivery dates are estimates only and are based on assuming regular business operations. Although we will try our best to accommodate you and help the situation, once orders are sent out by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS

Orders must be shipped to a single address, PO Box, APO, or FPO address.

Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.

Depending on the size of your order, your order may be shipped to you in multiple boxes.

SHIPPING ERRORS & DISPUTES

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of purchase. If a customer enters and confirms an order with an incorrect shipping address and does not notify Rich & Thirsty Customer Service before the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a replacement order (if approved) to the correct address.

We provide tracking numbers to confirm the delivery of all shipments. Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. If a customer claims an order was not received, the tracking information and any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier shall serve as proof of delivery.

Rich & Thirsty is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been completed.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Rich & Thirsty cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

If an order has already been processed, packed, fulfilled, or transferred to the carrier, address changes may no longer be possible.

LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Rich & Thirsty is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered packages.

Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes and may be required to file a claim with the carrier.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Orders refused by the recipient may be subject to return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, carrier fees, and other expenses incurred by Rich & Thirsty.

Any approved refund may be reduced by such costs.

CUSTOMS DELAYS

International shipments may be delayed by customs authorities. Rich & Thirsty is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, holds, or clearance procedures.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

R&T policy states that any packages that are returned to sender due to an incomplete address, failure to collect within the carrier's required time frame, refusal of delivery, or unpaid duties and taxes may be re-shipped once a new shipping label has been purchased. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER: Additional fees including VAT and duty charges may be applied at customs border control for customers outside of the United States.

For international shipping, Rich & Thirsty offers delivery services through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Express shipping options may be available.

Purchases outside the United States may be subject to VAT and duty charges. Packages may be held at customs border control until all VAT and duty charges are paid. Once all fees are paid, your package(s) will be released and delivered.

Within the EU, purchases above €150 may be subject to VAT and duty charges and may be held at customs border control until paid. If applicable, a customs agent will contact you and, once paid, your package(s) will be released.

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed (including unclaimed shipments, incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs charges), reshipment will require a new shipping label purchased at the customer's expense.
