GLASSWARE RETURNS

To be eligible for return, glassware must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Be free from chips, cracks, scratches, stains, or damage
• Be returned in its original gift box and packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Rich & Thirsty reserves the right to request photographs, video documentation, proof of purchase, packaging photographs, shipping box photographs, and any additional supporting information necessary to verify item condition and return eligibility.

Returned glassware will be inspected upon receipt.

Glassware showing signs of use, washing, handling, improper packaging, damage, wear, or condition inconsistent with the documentation provided during the return authorization process may be denied a refund.

APPAREL RETURNS

To be eligible for return, apparel must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Have all original tags attached and intact
• Be free from odors, perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, pet hair, alterations, or damage
• Be returned in original packaging when applicable
• Include proof of purchase

Items tried on solely for sizing purposes are acceptable.

Items with removed tags will not be eligible for return under any circumstance.

Rich & Thirsty reserves the right to request photographs, video documentation, proof of purchase, packaging photographs, and any additional supporting information necessary to verify item condition and return eligibility.

Apparel returned with signs of wear, washing, removed tags, damage, or condition inconsistent with the documentation provided during the return authorization process may be denied a refund.

BAR ACCESSORIES & HOME GOODS

To be eligible for return, bar accessories and home goods and related accessories must:

• Be unused and unwashed
• Be returned in original packaging when applicable
• Be free from scratches, stains, wear, alterations, or damage
• Include proof of purchase

Rich & Thirsty reserves the right to request photographs, video documentation, proof of purchase, packaging photographs, and any additional supporting information necessary to verify item condition and return eligibility.

Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, alterations, washing, or condition inconsistent with the documentation provided during the return authorization process may be denied a refund.

GIFT CARDS

All gift card purchases are final sale.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Rich & Thirsty is not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized, or improperly redeemed gift cards.

CUSTOM ENGRAVED, PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

All custom engraved, personalized, monogrammed, made-to-order, customized, or otherwise modified products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery, even if bought as a gift.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Rich & Thirsty within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To evaluate any claim, Rich & Thirsty may require photographs, video documentation, proof of purchase, packaging photographs, shipping box photographs, and any additional supporting information deemed necessary.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Failure to report damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items within 7 calendar days of delivery may result in denial of replacement, refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION & SHIPPING DEADLINE

All returns require prior approval from Rich & Thirsty.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once a return request has been approved, the customer must ship the approved return and provide valid tracking information within 3 calendar days of approval.

Returns not shipped within 3 calendar days of authorization may have their return approval cancelled and may no longer be eligible for refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.

Rich & Thirsty reserves the right to deny returns received significantly later than the approved return authorization period.

Any item returned in a condition different from the condition documented during the return authorization process may be denied a refund.

Rich & Thirsty reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit request that does not comply with this policy.

For International Customers outside of the United States 

 

R&T policy states that any packages that are returned to sender due to an incomplete address, failure to collect within the carrier's required time frame, refusal of delivery or unpaid duties and taxes, the order may be re-shipped once a new shipping label has been purchased. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

DISCLAIMER: Additional fees including VAT and duty charges may be applied at customs border control for customers outside of the United States. 

For returns for international customers outside of the USA, the customer will be responsible for any and all additional shipping costs. 

Purchases outside the USA may be subject to VAT and duty charge. Packages may be held at customs border control until all VAT and duty charges are paid. Once all fees are paid, your package(s) will be released and delivered. 

Within the EU, purchases above 150 Euro are subject to VAT and duty charges, and may be held at customs border control until paid. If applicable, a customs agent will be in touch with you, and once paid, your package(s) will be released.
