All Rich & Thirsty glassware is handblown from premium unleaded crystal. Minor variations in height, thickness, and shape are natural to the artisanal process.

Any damage, breakage, or defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted, as crystal can crack or chip from normal use, washing methods, quick temperature changes or accidental impact over time.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with clear photos of the item, packaging, order number and shipping label. Once verified, we are happy to assess the situation. 

Please note that Rich & Thirsty does not replace glassware that breaks after use, hand-washing, or long-term wear. Unleaded crystal, while more durable than traditional leaded crystal, is still delicate and can break.
