GLASSWARE BREAKAGE & DEFECT POLICY

All Rich & Thirsty glassware is handblown from premium unleaded crystal. Minor variations in height, thickness, shape, engraving placement, and other characteristics are natural to the artisanal manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Any damage, breakage, defect, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted, as crystal can crack, chip, or break due to normal use, washing methods, temperature changes, accidental impact, improper handling, storage conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item(s), packaging, shipping box, shipping label, and order number. Additional documentation may be requested to evaluate the claim.

Once the claim has been reviewed and verified, Rich & Thirsty will determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

Rich & Thirsty does not replace or refund glassware that breaks, chips, cracks, or becomes damaged after use, washing, storage, transportation, accidental impact, temperature shock, or normal wear and tear.

Unleaded crystal, while more durable than traditional leaded crystal, remains a delicate material and should be handled with care.
